How SaaSvan handles your information.

Information we collect

When you ask SaaSvan to send a Decision Pack, we collect your email address, your optional marketing consent choice, and the limited decision context needed for the requested pack, such as the selected product, strongest fit, shortlist, and cost validation status. The selector, shortlist, Decision Pack, and Launch Kit may also use browser or local-storage state where applicable.

Why we use it

We use this information to send the requested Decision Pack and Launch Kit, operate the decision experience, and understand how to improve it. We send occasional SaaSvan updates only when you separately opt in to marketing.

• Requesting a Decision Pack does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
• You can opt out of optional marketing at any time through the available unsubscribe option.
• You can contact SaaSvan about your personal data at hello@saasvan.com.

Service providers

To operate the experience, SaaSvan may use providers in these categories: hosting and infrastructure, database and storage, and transactional email delivery. We do not add processor names or contractual claims here that are not part of the current service description.

Retention and local state

SaaSvan does not apply a fixed retention period that the current system does not technically enforce. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, operational and security needs, or legal obligations. Browser-local state can be cleared through your browser or site controls where applicable.

Questions or requests about your personal data can be sent to hello@saasvan.com. This includes requests to understand, correct, or update information associated with your use of the decision experience. Optional marketing consent is separate from transactional delivery and can be withdrawn.
